Ever feel that your life is out of control?....then carve out a few hours a week to regain that control!Skip Welton and Richard Lagarde invite you to join classes in the Korean style of Karate; Tang Soo Do.THE BALANCE...-Your commitment to learn a completely new discipline (form of movement and conditioning) that will transport you from your present day mundane state to one of a "cat-like balance and reflexes."-Can help you put your mind and body into the place where you're completely focused on your inner self and outside pressures melt away.-Your commitment to time and openness to new movement, and we commit to showing you the way that has truly helped us keep a balance in all aspects of our lives.
