Embark on a 2 hour guided scenic adventure along the Damariscotta River, renowned as the Oyster Capital of Maine. Our narrated Oyster Farms and Seal Watching Cruise invites you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and rich history of this tidal river, famous for its delicious Damariscotta River oysters.

Spot harbor seals basking on ledges or playing in the river’s waters. Catch ospreys, bald eagles and migrating birds hovering above coves.

Sail by eight local oyster farms where you’ll learn about the farming process responsible for these delightful shellfish. Bring your questions about marvelous Maine oysters!

Captain Chip shares captivating stories about the river’s ecosystem and its historical significance.

All seals (and oyster farmers) are curious and photogenic, regardless of their age! Educational and fun for the whole family!

Don’t miss your chance to explore the heart of Maine’s oyster country with a thrilling cruise filled with culinary delights and natural wonders. After the cruise we will stop to enjoy an early dinner. Dinner and purchases are not included in cost.
