What are essential oils and why are they so popular? Learn where they come from and what they’re used for at this workshop. Make a roller bottle of essential oils to naturally support a health challenge. You choose either sleep, mood, digestive, allergies, sore muscles, or respiratory. Min: 5 

BOOSTING IMMUNITY USING ESSENTIAL OILS
WHEN: Tuesday, November 13
TIMES: 6:00 - 7:30 pm
COST: $10/participant
WHERE: Youth Community Center (19 Park St.) 
Learn about the natural anti microbial powers of essential oils and how they can support your health and wellness. Stay healthy at this time of year. Make an essential oil hand sanitizing spray that can also be used for sore throats. Min: 5

HOLIDAY GIFT MAKING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS
WHEN: Tuesday, December 11
TIMES: 6:00 - 7:30 pm
COST: $20/participant
Learn about essential oils while making 3 gifts to give to family and friends. We will be making: bath salts in an old fashioned canning jar, healing salve and you will also have a choice of sprays: holiday room spray, lavender pillow spray or toilet spray. Min: 5
