An all level, safe, well balanced workout. A 45 minute class that uses a combination of cardio, strength, stretching and core. Light weights, bands and a mat can be used. Decrease stress, improve balance, strength and well being.
Program Information
- There will be no Total Body Fitness & Wellness class on February 5, February 9, April 2 & 6
- To help keep our programs consistent and reduce confusion, we will no longer prorate fees for late registrations.
- Account credits will continue to be issued for classes canceled due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
