Track - Field
This beginners program is as chance to introduce children to all the aspects of track and field. Practice will consist of warm ups, various distance running, softball throw, long jump, standing jump, relay races, and much more.

Program Information
  • Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from track meets. 
  • A certain amount of parent volunteers will be needed in order for this program to run. 
  • This program is subject to change.
