The class will consist of three phases:
# 1 - Discussion. We will go over basic information related to your safety; which can be applied to your home, your work place, or while out in public.
#2 - Demonstration. General principles related to self-defense will be demonstrated so you can see how the techniques are supposed to be done.
# 3 - Practical Exercises. You will get a chance to try out the techniques in a controlled setting so you can see how the techniques actually work.
About the Instructor:
David Bonneau is the owner/operator of Bonneau’s School of Taekwon-Do. He is a retired Police Officer, having spent 33 years at the Windham Police Department. He was a Defensive Tactics (Police Self-Defense) Instructor at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy for over 25 years, and was the primary instructor for the southern Maine area for the last 10 years.
*Please wear whatever clothing you would normally wear while working so you can see how to move in them.
