2023 - 2024 Afternoon Cost Per Month Per Child

First month's payment is due by September 1

5-Day: $310/child per month
4-Day: $265/child per month
3-Day: $245/child per month

10% discount per month for each additional child registered

**If you have an outstanding balance for after care, early release trips, vacation week trips, summer camp, late payment fees, or any other recreation program, you will not be eligible to register. If you do register while having an outstanding balance, your registration will be removed**


Afternoons

The primary goal of our program is to provide children in Grades Pre K - 5 with a safe and enjoyable environment after school while their parent/guardian is still at work. Each afternoon, participants will be given the opportunity to have quiet homework time as well as take part in outdoor and indoor play from organized games to creating or building projects.

You must register for the same specific days for the the entire school year with a minimum of 3 days per week. We understand and will try our best to help with any schedule changes that you may need to make throughout the year; however, we anticipate this program filling up and are unable to ensure that we can accommodate specific change requests depending upon staffing and program space. Any changes that need to be made will require a $10/participant schedule change fee that must be paid before the new schedule takes effect and must be requested in writing.

If withdrawing from the program before the first day, a $100 fee per participant will be deducted from your refund. If withdrawing after the program begins, a 2 week noticed is required and will be deducted from your last month's deposit. All withdrawal requests must be made in writing.

Monthly payments are due the first of each month. If not paid by the 5th you will be charged a $10 late fee per participant, and if not paid by the 10th you will be charged another $10 late fee per participant and won't be able to use this program until the balance and late fees have been paid.
Please note that a separate registration is required for any half day trips as well as vacation trips as this program will not be held on those days and are not included. 


Please be aware that we reserve the right to make adjustments to this program if RSU 21 or CDC Guidelines change.
