"FARM FROM ORDINARY" WEEK
Carlisle Academy @ Spring Creek Farm
WHEN: Tues. Aug 8th - Fri. Aug 11th
TIMES: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
COST: $430/participant
Join Kennebunk Parks & Recreation in collaboration with Carlisle Academy for a week of stewarding animals, farm, and nature! We will be on a working farm where we will immerse ourselves in sensory-rich educational experiences. Each day there will be natural, hands-on activities including caring for livestock, horse grooming, garden tending, bee keeping, soil science, and plenty of nature walks! There will also be two group riding sessions during camp and participants will become apart of the Pony badge Club Program!


*Participants are required and expected to bring their own snacks, hats, sunscreen, lunch, and water bottles for each day of camp.

*Camp events are susceptible to change based on weather, scheduling, and other unforeseen circumstances.

*Please be aware the Carlisle Academy at Spring Creek Farm is a working farm with large animals, equipment, hay, etc. Participants are expected to wear proper footwear and clothing including closed-toed shoes, shoes with a higher heel, boots preferred (NOT steel toe), and pants. Please notify the coordinator of any possible allergen issues.

*Transportation is NOT provided and parents will need to drop-of and pick-up participants from Carlisle Academy promptly as the camp day begins and ends.
