Nature Explorers is an experiential learning program for elementary-aged youth. Exposure to learning in nature fosters leadership skills, creative thinking, observation and attentiveness, physical activity, and many life skills that students will use in school and beyond.
We use the tranquil farm environment and our surrounding natural world to provide opportunities for elementary school students to develop an appreciation and respect for natural spaces. Providing creative experiences outdoors through hands-on activities encourages students to take risks, problem solve, work together and explore the endless opportunities for growth and connection with each other and nature.
The program is taught by Carlisle Academy outdoor educators, naturalists, and master gardeners.
