Part of the Lewiston Regional Technical Center, the Ladle offers a well-rounded culinary education to juniors and seniors from partnering high schools.
The Ladle is able to provide students with real life culinary experiences and is able to bring in the revenue necessary to allow the facility to function.
Restaurant days offer the opportunity for students to get real hands-on work in the positions of head chef, cook, waiter/waitress and hosting. It also offers the opportunity for the general public to reserve a seat to come and enjoy what the Ladle has to offer.
After we will make a stop at the European bakery in Falmouth for a mouth watering treat or fresh breads to take home.
