The Edge Academy Baseball Summer Camp is a dynamic and skill-focused recreational program designed for young athletes who are passionate about improving their game in a fun, supportive environment. This camp provides players of all skill levels with the opportunity to develop fundamental baseball techniques, enhance game knowledge, and build confidence both on and off the field.
Participants will receive hands-on instruction from experienced coaches, focusing on key areas such as hitting, pitching, fielding, base running, and overall athletic performance. Daily drills, skill stations, and friendly competitions are combined with game play to reinforce learning in an engaging and energetic setting.
We've partnered with the Portland Sea Dogs and with this partnership each player gets a free ticket to a Sea Dog game this summer. The families will get a discount code to purchase any additional tickets. With this each camper will be invited to attend a camp day at Hadlock Field!
Hadlock Field & Sea Dogs
The professional coaches of The Edge Academy, Maine Lightning and Maine Thunder will present each sport in a teaching environment using techniques where coaches strive to improve all aspects of the game. While most of the camp week will take place in Kennebunk, one day will be at historic Hadlock Field. Each player will receive a ticket to a Seadogs game.. Parents will be given a link by email to a discounted ticket purchase so they can enjoy the game with their son or daughter. Bring your glove, bat, sunscreen, water bottle, lunch and come have some fun.
