Activities may be paid for at checkout by credit card when registering online. Payment is processed immediately.

Privacy Policy:
We do not provide information to 3rd parties.

Refund Policy:
Please be aware that in the event of a cancellation or refund, your card will be issued a refund, less any cancellation fees that may be incurred as per our general refund policy. Refunds will be issued on your card as long as the original registration is within 120 days of the refund. If the refund is outside the 120 days you will receive a refund in the form of a check. Please be aware that checks can take a minimum of three weeks to be processed and will be mailed to the address we have on file.

Please remember in order to be considered for a refund, the participant and/or parent/guardian must put the request in writing via e-mail or fax on the day they would like to withdraw from the program. No refunds will be given through verbal contact or voicemail messages.
