The Dorothy E. Stevens Community is located in West Kennebunk between the Kennebunk Middle School and West Kennebunk Fire Station on Thompson Road.


You may contact the Parks & Recreation Department for rental information at (207) 604-1335 during normal business hours. This facility is great for small gatherings and events.

Rental Rates are as follows:

Non-Profit, Private, Non-Commercial
May 1 – September 30             $75.00 per day
October 1 – April 30                 $125.00 per day

Commercial
May 1 – September 30             $200.00 per day
October 1 – April 30                 $250.00 per day

Additional security deposit required - $150.00
