This camp is offered to incoming 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders and will be run by Matt Jackins.  Through the use of Lego Robotics, students will not only gain experience in Mindstorm programming and building robots to complete many challenging missions, but will also learn that new discoveries come at the hands of one person’s efforts.  Campers will theorize together, build together, and learn together, while having loads of fun in the process.

This training will assist them to become more fit, more confident & more self disciplined. It will teach them the importance of perseverance and what it means to respect themselves and others. It will also give them tools to develop leadership skills which will be an asset to themselves and their community.

An all level, safe, well balanced workout. A 45 minute class that uses a combination of cardio, strength, stretching and core. Light weights, bands and a mat can be used. Decrease stress, improve balance, strength and well being.

Learn and master basic yoga/Pilates strength & stretch. Light movements with a mat and weights. Improve balance, stability & core strength. This class is for all levels and can be done even from a chair.

This program will enhance your child's physical fitness as well as train them in a martial art and all the techniques involved. This training will assist them to become more fit, more confident & more self disciplined. It will teach them the importance of perseverance and what it means to respect themselves and others. It will also give them tools to develop leadership skills which will be an asset to themselves and their community.

An all level, safe, well balanced workout. A 45 minute class that uses a combination of cardio, strength, stretching and core. Light weights, bands and a mat can be used. Decrease stress, improve balance, strength and well being.
